Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients

1 cup pretzel rods
1 cup almonds
3 (4-ounce) bars semi-sweet chocolate, melted
8 long-stemmed strawberries

Directions:

Chop pretzels and nuts and place them in separate bowls. Next, chop chocolate and place it into a double boiler to melt. Stir chocolate frequently until fully melted and smooth. Dip strawberries into the chocolate first, and then coat them with pretzels or nuts immediately when the chocolate is still soft. Put decorated strawberries on a cookie tray lined with parchment paper, and place them in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.

Strawberry juice stain: Remove the garment and flush the stain with cool water. Next, mix 1 tbsp of white vinegar, 1/2 tsp of liquid laundry detergent and 4 cups of cool water into your laundry sink. Soak the garment in the solution for fifteen minutes. Rinse the garment with water and then launder as normal.

Chocolate stain: Remove the garment and scrape off any excess chocolate. Flush the back of the stained fabric with cold running water (or soda water, if available). Blot laundry detergent or liquid dishwashing detergent into the stain, then launder as normal.
