Chairman and CEO MOLLY MAID International – Jim MacKenzie
Jim MacKenzie is the Chairman and CEO of MOLLY MAID, Canada’s leading residential cleaning company. MacKenzie was one of the early pioneers who identified the potential in the residential cleaning industry and along with the Founders Adrienne and Chris Stringer established the systems that have helped to distinguish MOLLY MAID as one of Canada’s most identifiable brands. Today, Jim uses his experience and business acumen to help Franchise Owners grow their business and continually improve the MOLLY MAID customer experience.
Jim MacKenzie graduated from Queen’s University in 1967 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He began his career in accounting, later transferring to a leading consumer packaged goods company in the sales and marketing department. Before leaving to establish the MOLLY MAID business system and brand he occupied a senior role leading product development for an international consumer product company.
Variously described as focused, funny, passionate and sincere, MacKenzie has infused MOLLY MAID with his own brand of energetic leadership, vision and spirit over the years.
President MOLLY MAID International – Kevin Hipkins
With more than 21 years of business development experience, 16 with MOLLY MAID, Kevin Hipkins has a long track record of success and is currently President of MOLLY MAID.
Kevin began his career with a leading Canadian bank occupying a management position in the retail banking sector. After a short stint in retail banking, Kevin accepted a position in commercial banking later transferring to the bank’s management consulting division. He joined MOLLY MAID in 1993 and prior to being promoted to President in 2004 occupied the positions of Director of Franchise Support and Vice President and General Manager.
Kevin holds a BA in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
