Winnipeg North West

Franchise Owner Since 1987

MOLLY MAID was a perfect fit for me because I have always enjoyed cleaning. For the first five years, I operated the business out of my home office. This allowed me to continue working in the business, while still being able to spend time with my family.

I really enjoy being my own boss. I also love meeting our customers, seeing their homes, and providing them with in-home estimates, which of course are free! Interacting with my staff on a regular basis is also an aspect of the job I truly enjoy.

Maintaining a good relationship with my customers is very important. We had a customer who had lost a diamond earring in their home. Our Home Service Professionals went above and beyond their cleaning duties and took the time to search for the lost earring – and they found it! The customer thanked me for employing such dedicated personnel, and I was very proud of my staff. Our customer said she tells all her friends that she can always count on MOLLY MAID to do a very thorough and professional job.

Betty Patrick’s Cleaning Tip: To stay organized and be thorough, always clean your home from top to bottom and from left to right – The MOLLY MAID Way!
